FM Investment Japan Co.,Ltd (FMI Japan) established in 2015 under the leadership of its CEO, Mr. Amous Lee.  FMI Japan is proactively engaging in property development in Japan.  As a competent property developer in Japan, all of our projects are located in the prime areas of Tokyo and Osaka.  Till date, we have successfully developed more than 15 projects across the two cities.

2015
We entered the Japanese market with La Grace Oshiage Il, our first Japanese development project located at Tokyo Sky Tree.  We set a sales record that all units were sold out in only a half day.  We also collaborated with Keihan, a leading developer from Osaka to sell development projects in Umeda and Shin-Osaka.

2016
We started our second Tokyo development project, Shibuya Hill Top, in one of most famous shopping destination – Shibuya.

2017
We continued to cooperate with local developers and successfully launched 3 Tokyo projects which are  “Xebec Otemachi” in Otemachi District, “Garden Terrace Ginza East” in the most famous upmarket and commercial district of Tokyo, and “Oshiage” where Tokyo Skytree nearby.

2018
Our business domain expanded to Osaka.  Number of development projects were launched in Osaka, notably our first joint venture hotel project “Gracia Hotel Shinsaibashi” and “The Peak Shinsaibashi”, the first project of our signature collection “The Peak Series”.

2019
We officially launched our Osaka office and started a new residential project of  “The Peak Series” in prime location of Osaka – “The Peak Namba”.  Overwhelming response was received whereby all units were sold out in 3 months.

2020
We continued to explore more opportunity in Osaka by launching the third project of  “The Peak Series”, “The Peak Tengachaya”.  On top of that, we are honored to received 2 awards for FMI and FMI Japan respectively, which are “Asia Pacific Property Awards 2020-2021 – Real Estate Agency Single Office” (FM INVESTMENT HONG KONG) and “Asia Pacific Property Awards 2020-2021 – Commercial Property Agency / Consultancy” (FM INVESTMENT JAPAN) presented by International Property Awards.

2021
“The Peak Chiyozaki ~ Osaka Dome”, our fourth project of “The Peak Series” commenced. For awards, FMI Group was granted 2 major awards presented by International Property Awards for 2 consecutive years, namely “Asia Pacific Property Awards 2021-2022 – 5-Star Best Property Agency / Consultancy” for FMI Japan and ” Asia Pacific Property Awards 2021-2022 – Award Winner of Real Estate Agency Single Office” for FM Investment Hong Kong Limited.
